A. Estimates are good for up to 30 days.

A. Every customer is unique and we treat them as such. We will work with you to go over the job, challenges, vision and scope of work. Customers are kept informed throughout the job every step of the way to ensure satisfaction.

A. Remodels are exciting for our clients! We will walk you through the process and guide you along the way. Having an idea of your vision and goals is the main goal. From there we make your vision a reality.

A. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your job. All remodel times vary due to size and scope of work.

A. We are happy to talk with you about refreshing your space in low cost ways and how to get the most for your money. We usually begin by giving your space a fresh coat of paint on the walls, baseboards and door. Small details can often make a big impact.

A. The founder of Mills Construction has over 50 years of experience in construction. We have worked on jobs as large as hotels and restaurants to as personal as a kitchen remodel. Q. Do you use Sub- Contractors?
A. We do use sub-contractors on an as needed basis. Sub Contractors will be discussed during the pre-production phase of the project.
